Fantastic days with homey feelings at Villa Cicibella

“We had a 14 days stay at Villa Cicibella and were tremendously satisfied. We got a welcome package with some beer, wine, etc. but also homemade food (very delicious) and once in a week a special supply with incredible fresh fish. Alex is a super nice owner, always approachable and very helpful. We highly recommend this lovely place in Sutivan. Go for it :)”

We loved everything about villa Cicibella and Sutivan! It was the most relaxing holiday. The house was amazing. Well equipped with everything you need Plus a few extras in the fridge when we arrived late which was fab. Alex was there to organise everything and gave advice where needed. The church bell's were so beautiful and the 5 minutes walk to the beach was a pleasure. We will definitely be back. The PS5 and pool were great for the kids. Loved every minute.

“We had a wonderful time at Villa Cicibella. Perfect location - just a stone's throw away from the "main" street and the beaches/sea. The villa itself is beautiful - all details carefully thought through. We loved having breakfasts on the terrace, swimming in the heated pool, relaxing in the evenings in the outdoor kitchen. Bedrooms are really comfortable and everything so clean. So helpful having the extra towels/beach towels provided. Alex was fantastic - super quick to reply, stocked up the fridge before we arrived, helped us arrange taxi transfers (both on Brac and in Split to the airport) - we cannot recommend Villa Cicibella highly enough. We will definitely be back!”

Great Villa in gorgeous place with super-supportive host

Our stay in Villa Cicibela was simply amazing. Beautiful villa, with incredible sea view, nicely decorated rooms and with everything you need for your comfortable stay. You can find there a coffee machine, washing machine, dish washer, well equipped inside as outside kitchen and even a small gym and 2 nice new bicycles for rides along the seaside! Swimming pool is simply the best we were ever in (no chlorine)! The surroundings are very quiet, but by two minutes walk you are by the sea or on a promenade with many restaurants. Several beaches are within walking distance. Upon our arrival, there was even welcoming wine and a stuffed fridge waiting for us! Alex is a very kind and helpful host; he was waiting for us late in the evening and also came early in the morning once were leaving. He gave us great recommendations on what to see and where to eat and was always available to answer our questions. We loved our stay in Villa Cicibella and we can fully and honestly recommend this place.

Beautiful Villa with stunning sea views. Great location and just 2 mins from town centre. Alex is a great host answering all questions before we arrived, leaving some local food for us on arrival and helping us during our stay. The Villa is really well equipped with a lovely kitchen, gym, pool, outdoor BBQ and kitchen and beautiful gardens. The three double bedrooms are clean and comfortable, however the 3rd bedroom is accessed separately to the main house. Overall a fantastic Villa in a fantastic location (Sutivan is beautiful and very quiet compared to the bustle of Split or Makarska).

Alex’s place is a two minute walk from the harbour and the restaurants. His house is beautiful and the gardens even better! The kitchen has every bit of equipment you could need. In the main house there is a King bedroom and a double and the balcony looks over the entire bay with Split and mainland in the distance. Outside the house is a higher lever open kitchen with table. Going down there is another bedroom with en-suite bathroom (large bath) then a small gym. Next is the wood fire room where you can grill food. Then there is a fabulous sofa area and pool plus loungers. There are two quality bikes Alex provided (there are cycles routes all round island and it’s easy to bike to small beaches). Theres Tv and a wireless speaker - there is everything one could need in this house. There are 2 small shops close by but larger supermarkets are a short drive. Streets are narrow so if you are offered an upgrade on a rental don’t take it! Smaller cars are easier. Alex is a charming host and nothing is too much trouble. It’s a fabulous place.
